The Bold Type Photo Preview: Liquid Courage (Season 1 Episode 9)

In the first sneak peek, Jane’s story is given to Alex, which could prove to influence her choice on Insight’s job offer. Although Jane has a huge affinity to stay loyal to Scarlet, Jacqueline handing off her story to Alex probably doesn’t weigh in Scarlet’s favor.

Although it’s common for this to happen and Jacqueline has also done this to one of Alex’s stories, Jane is in a precarious position and her emotions are definitely running high.

The second sneak peek shows more Sutton and Alex banter. And when you take this type of playful relationship in tandem with Alex and Sutton being locked in Scarlet together all night and the sour looks on Sutton and Richard’s face in that mysterious meeting — it looks like Alex might actually be the one with Sutton in the bed.

However, you can tell most of the story will be about the third sneak peek: the events that lead up to Kat’s drastic decision to go to Adena’s homeland. Kat must deal with her growing love for Adena, her strong compassion for her hardships and her reactive tendencies.

Will he recent growth win out? Or will she devolve back into the woman who runs from her responsibilities? What about Sutton and Alex? If that truly is Alex how will Sutton handle sleeping with someone so close to her and Richard’s break up?

Alex’s confession didn’t ruin their friendship but this seems like it certainly will, especially when Sutton shows she’s not over Richard yet.
