Wynonna Earp Review: Everybody Knows (Season 2 Episode 7)
On Wynonna Earp Season 2 Episode 7, “Everybody Knows,” Wynonna tells Waverly that Doc might not be the father, which takes a minute to process. The kid is either Doc’s or Jonas’, this random revenant who is now dead.
It’s too soon to tell how to feel about this twist, and while at the end of the day the father of the child really doesn’t matter, it would be really, really nice if it was Doc’s kid.
Doc: All I want, and excuse me for being old fashioned, is for you to be healthy and for you to be as close to happy as possible, and I will do anything, I will give anything, to ensure it.
There’s just so much to explore with Doc having a kid, especially since this is something he probably thought was not possible. It will change everything about his life, and it would be so interesting to explore that.
Plus, Wynonna and Doc’s relationship would go through so many obstacles and grow so much if the kid is theirs.
Granted, Doc does not have to be the biological father in order to step up and be there for Wynonna. Dolls isn’t even in the running, and he’s already proving that he’s going to help Wynonna however he can during her pregnancy.
Regardless of who the father is, this pregnancy will help grow and change Wynonna’s relationships with everyone on the team. The baby Earp is even helping Doc and Dolls with their relationship as well.

Wynonna and Waverly will be there for this child no matter what. Wynonna can totally handle being a single mom while hunting demons at the same time. She’s got a great support system behind her.
The only bright side to this potential revenant father is that Jonas mentions that a revenant has had sex with an heir before, and it resulted in a pregnancy.
Anyone else thinking what I’m thinking? Waverly could be the daughter of an heir and a revenant.
It would explain why, according to Bobo, someone dropped a baby off on the Earp’s doorstep. This also opens up the possibility that maybe Waverly isn’t totally human or she has some cool superpower or something.
You wouldn’t think that a revenant and an heir would produce a totally normal human child, but then again, there haven’t been any signs that Waverly is anything other than human.

We’ve had the question of whether or not Waverly is an Earp hanging over our heads since last season, so it’s great that we are finally seeing some movement on this storyline.
It’s about time for some answers, and hopefully now that Wynonna knows, she will help Waverly figure out who she is, biologically. Regardless of what her DNA says, we all know that Waverly is an Earp, and she’s Wynonna’s sister. Nothing can change that.
Jeremy: Ghost, yeah we are being attacked by a ghost. Who are you going to call? No one. There’s no one to call.
Jeremy has been such a great addition to this season. He’s got amazingly hilarious scenes with everyone, and it’s nice to have another nerd around who can work with Waverly and who can also figure stuff out that no one else on the team really can.
The fact that he bonds himself, Dolls, and Doc together is priceless. It’s such a fun mistake to make, and hey, it forces Doc to open up about this ghost marshal that is trying to punish him for his crimes.
Okay, first off, are we all just totally okay with ghost marshals popping up? This isn’t ever explained, and it seems like we are supposed to accept that this is happening and go with it, ignoring any questions we have on the matter.
It’s annoying that there isn’t an explanation, but hopefully we will revisit this whole ghost marshal thing soon because Dolls is able to hit the ghost marshal when no one else can.
No one on this Earthly plane can touch him, but Dolls can, which suggests that Dolls and his dragon/lizard self exists on some different plane, perhaps. Yeah, that may be a stretch, but it’s all I got.
Seeing as how we have not revisited the discussion of what Dolls is since he’s been back, I think we’re due for some answers. What’s your theory on why Doc could hit the marshal?

What did you think of this episode of Wynonna Earp? Isn’t drunk Nicole amazing? I love that she and Wynonna got to spend some quality time together. I’m all about the WynHaught!

Dolls told Doc he could hit the ghost because he was a deputy also.
