7. Freya and Hayley will be at odds.
Fights in the Mikaelson family are nothing new. This time around, Freya and Hayley are at odds on how to protect their family with Elijah as the mediator. Again, another thing that isn’t rare in this family.
Hayley has protected them for five years, tirelessly searching for a cure, and she feels like she knows best when it comes to what this family needs now. Here’s hoping that the fact that they’re family keeps them working for each other and not against.
8. Hayley will find a cure.
Hayley will be in the final stages of finding a cure for the Mikaelsons when The Originals returns. There’s no doubt that she’s had to fight tooth and nail to get this far and she’s not planning on stopping when she’s so close.
When she cures the Mikaelsons they will join her in freeing Klaus from Marcel and reuniting him with his daughter.
9. The witches are at peace and united.
For five years, the witches of New Orleans have been at peace under Vincent Griffith. The bond between their ancestors is still broken and their allegiance to Marcel intact.
The last time Marcel was the King of New Orleans he didn’t allow them to practice magic, under penalty of death. Vincent’s leadership will make it different this time.
