News, The Big Bang Theory

Good news, The Big Bang Theory fans! The favorite CBS comedy isn’t going anywhere any time soon.

CBS announced Monday that The Big Bang Theory has been renewed through the 2018-2019 season. The series is currently broadcast television’s #1 scripted series in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

If that weren’t enough, viewers can also look forward to the recently announced spin-off of The Big Bang Theory, titled Young Sheldon, which will center on Sheldon Cooper at the age of nine, living with his family in East Texas and going to high school.

Young Sheldon will be narrated by The Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons.

The Big Bang Theory stars Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik, and Melissa Rauch. Chuck Lorre, Bill Prady, and Steven Molaro are executive producers.
