Buffy, never in a million years, thought that her high school peers noticed that she gave up her nights to keep them safely sleeping in their beds, but when prom rolled around (and she saved them from getting eaten up — dammit Tyler!), Buffy was pleasantly surprised to receive a superlative award as Class Protector.
