This new ABC comedy stars Katy Mixon as a regular housewife and mother who just wants what’s best for her family, even when it means living in Westport, Connecticut where the moms are all “perfect,” and she feels very out of place.

Still, she will do what’s best for her family, and she’ll speak her mind in the process. Just take a look at the trailer above, and you’ll already be hooked.

American Housewife premieres Tuesday, October 11th at 8:30/7:30c on ABC.

17. Chance

Here’s a whole new side of Hugh Laurie. The Hulu original series, Chance, based on Kem Nunn’s novel of the same name, follows a San Francisco-based forensic neuropsychiatrist who is reluctantly pulled into a dangerous world of mistaken identity, police corruption, and mental illness.

One look at the trailer above proves this is going to be an intense, intriguing new show.

Chance premieres Wednesday, October 19th on Hulu.

18. Man With a Plan

Man With a Plan stars Matt LeBlanc as Adam, a contractor who starts staying home more to help with the kids as his wife (Liza Snyder) returns to work. He thinks he has it all under control, but quickly realizes than taking care of three kids is a whole lot harder than it looks.

He also gets some pretty bad advice from his brother Don (Kevin Nealon) about how to raise a family.

Man With a Plan premieres Monday, October 24th at 8:30/7:30c on CBS.
