With the end of summer just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to binge-watch some Netflix Originals before things get too busy.

1. Stranger Things

You’d have to be hiding under a rock to miss this hit series. It’s like if Goonies had a baby with Stephen King while listening to an 80’s mix tape. Also, you know those clichés that you loathe to watch for their repetitive and drone worthy nature? Right out the window in Stranger Things!

They top it all of with the return of Winona Ryder, the badass mom who doesn’t give up on her child no matter what! It’s the must watch of the year for a reason.

2. Fuller House

It’s like coming home watching Fuller House. It’s the same home, but with a whole new generation of kids to wrangle and teach life lessons to. Prepare yourself for familiar friends and laughs in the Tanner house. Bring on the nostalgia!

3. Orange is the New Black

Orange is the New Black explores the lives of a wide range of women imprisoned in Litchfield Penitentiary. This show is funny, intense, and utterly heartbreaking from the beginning to the end.

Note that it’s absolutely okay to not like main character. She isn’t perfect by any means, but that doesn’t mean we don’t love watching her on screen.

4. Daredevil

Daredevil’s Matt Murdock is more than the cute lawyer who rescues poor and unfortunate souls. He’s a masked vigilante who uses his “blindness” to save his city and get the girl(s).

His bromance with BFF Foggy Nelson balances out all the action/romance. They’re avocados at all! (Yes, I said avocados.)

5. House of Cards

House of Cards serves as a scary reminder that there is a dark underbelly to everything. Even the U.S. government is nothing but a chessboard ready to be taken over by the Underwoods.

Trust me, you’re not even prepared for how ruthless, cunning, and smart this couple truly is. If you haven’t watched yet, now’s the time.
