6 Male Characters We Couldn’t Get Enough of in 2015
From complicated anarchist hackers to heartthrob post-apocalyptic antiheroes, these were the men we absolutely couldn’t get enough of in 2015.
4. Greg Serrano, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

From the moment Greg Serrano appeared on screen, across the bar from our heroine Rebecca Bunch, it was sparks-city. The West Covina bartender quickly struck up a fantastic rapport with the slightly-unhinged New York transplant/lawyer, and we couldn’t get enough of their romantic chemistry.
What first began as ‘shipping the heck out of Greg and Rebecca soon enough grew into a separate, deep appreciation for Greg’s character, as we learned more about him. In the span of a few episodes, we learned about Greg’s devotion to his ill father, the way he felt abandoned by his mother, and the resulting way he tends to keep people at arm’s length. At this point, we just want Greg to be happy more than we want him to be with Rebecca — a true sign of love for a fictional character.
But, okay, fine, we also really, really want Rebecca to eventually choose Greg over Josh. Come on, lady, the choice is so simple!!
5. Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti, iZombie

Where can we even start with Ravi? First of all, he’s clearly the breakout character of the show. While Ravi started out as Liv’s “sidekick” of sorts, the only person who knew of her undead secret, Rahul Kohli’s brilliant, scene-stealing portrayal quickly revealed Ravi as the comedic center of the already hilarious series. The chemistry between Ravi and just about every other character on the show is totally delightful, but we particularly love us some RaJor (the platonic bromance between Ravi and Liv’s on-again/off-again love Major).
Ravi is lovable, loyal, and hilarious. What more could you want from a character?
6. Edgar Quintero, You’re the Worst

Edgar Quintero spent most of the first season (and 2014) languishing in sidekick-land. In his apparently-supporting role as Jimmy’s roommate, the “freeloading veteran with perfect features,” Edgar was upgraded in the second season and given much more focus with his own relationship and the improv storyline. Sweet, generous Edgar is a fantastic counterpoint to crass, self-absorbed Jimmy/Gretchen/Lindsay (who we love, nonetheless!), and it was really about time for something good to happen to him. And that “something good” was his adorable relationship with Lindsay! We loved seeing Edgar come into his own via his budding improv skills and his brand-new relationship with Dorothy.

GREG!!! <3 I just want him to be happy. And win. And make out with Rebecca.
Fitz is the best human being ever in the history of television. Full stop!
Fitz and Ravi are both awesome, but my favorite on the list has to be Bellamy Blake. As you said, his character arc has been brilliant, moving him from the person whose face I most wanted to punch in the first couple episodes to my favorite character on the show after Clarke, in a way that felt completely organic. I can’t wait to see what the next season has in store for him, especially in his role as a leader and his relationships with Clarke and Octavia.
Yay for Ftiz being on this list! He’s the best! I would’ve put Oliver! Diggle, and Roy from Arrow on here too.
My definite choice must be Bellamy. I love that he is a true hero, but also shows that he is scared. Bob Morley makes this character so rich and multi-faceted. After watching the season 3 trailer I am so excited (and afraid) about his storyline!
