Chicago Med Season 11 Episode 21, “Heaven Help Us,” is bringing the season to an end in the most chaotic way possible. Hannah has to help a patient deliver her baby while simultaneously being in labor. Can both moms and babies make it to the other side safe and sound?

Meanwhile, it looks like Archer might not make it to the birth of his daughter. The missing prisoner has found his target and is holding Archer at gunpoint. Ironically, it is Ripley who comes face-to-face with both of them. Can Ripley help Archer make it out alive?
