What to Expect from Chicago Med Season 11 Episode 18: Things Left Unsaid

We don’t yet know how long after Charles’s stroke Chicago Med Season 11 Episode 18, “Things Left Unsaid,” picks up, but we do know that he is back at work, almost as if nothing had happened. Lucky for those of us who love to watch Charles do his thing, he will be working alongside his colleagues on a new episode.

Of course, we have to wonder if he is fit to be back at work. Can he handle the cases that come through the ED? Is he okay to continue his work as normal? All things we can’t wait to find out this week.

But Charles isn’t the only one we’re paying attention to. The promo shows that Lenox and Ripley are about to face their biggest challenge yet since becoming a couple.
