After a brief hiatus, competition and feelings are in the air for the pack on Animal Control Season 4 Episode 9, “Bats and Camels.”
First and foremost, the race for Animal Control Officer of the Year continues with Templeton’s return.
Frank gets the upper hand with the 24-animals-in-24-hours challenge on Animal Control Season 4 Episode 6, “Roosters and Moles.” This episode throws another wrench in the pack’s plan to stop Templeton from gaining more power — the endorsement of a legendary Animal Control officer.
Who is this person, and why are they so legendary? The Animal Control photos don’t reveal much in that regard. They do, however, show that Frank and Templeton’s competitive spirits lead them to a college and a camel.
Per the camel’s sash, it looks like this animal could be a real-life mascot, rather than a person in a camel suit.
Meanwhile, Shred is going on a date with one of Daisy’s friends on “Bats and Camels.” Everyone but Patel (in the immediate pack) knows about Shred and Emily’s secret relationship after Animal Control Season 4 Episode 8, “Squirrels and Fat Cats.” Does someone else find out about them?
Could this date be Shred’s way of trying to keep the secret and minimize any suspicions that they’re dating? Either way, the description for “Bats and Camels” reveals that Shred and Daisy’s friend’s date makes Emily spiral. We’re not going to worry about this couple; they’re solid, and Shred adores Emily!
