What to Expect from Chicago Med Season 11 Episode 3: Horseshoes and Hand Grenades

Chicago Med, Previews

As happy as we are to see Natalie Manning back on Chicago Med Season 11 Episode 3, “Horseshoes and Hand Grenades,” we are terrified of what might happen to her son, Owen. Of course, the show doesn’t do anything without a reason, so we knew the return of Halstead, Manning, and Owen would have repercussions.

It would be cruel on the show’s part to have them come back just to kill Owen, but we can’t put it past the One Chicago universe. Anything can happen in this world, so viewers will be holding on to their seats until the end of the episode…or until we find out what happens.

Meanwhile, Lenox and Frost work on a case together. The duo must hear out the parents of a patient on life support as they make an unusual request. Will they listen to the parents or advocate for their patient?
