San Diego Comic-Con 2025 Preview: Ghosts, Vampires, Hallmark Hunks — Oh My!
This year’s San Diego Comic-Con is ready to rock our world with a supernatural lineup of attending shows and off-site activations.
The roster includes an appearance from Vampire Lestat himself to promote his world tour and the highly anticipated third season of Interview with the Vampire. CBS’ hit comedy Ghosts returns to its old haunt with new sneak peeks of Season 5, and Outlander returns to Comic-Con for the first time since 2017.
That’s not all! So many of your favorite shows are making the trek to San Diego this year. Here’s what you can expect from Comic-Con 2025:

Percy Jackson and the Olympians

WALKER SCOBELL
Percy Jackson floods the infamous Hall H ahead of the Season 2 premiere in December to give us a glimpse at the famous Sea of Monsters.
Moderated by fellow cast member and star of Nobody Wants This, Timothy Simons, the panel dives into the adaptation of Rick Riordan’s second book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series with behind-the-scenes stories and special sneak peeks. Perhaps a trailer even?

Fan-favorites Tony and Ziva return to the NCIS franchise for a spin-off series on Paramount+ this September. Comic-Con is giving us an exclusive scoop on their new globetrotting European adventure with a panel moderated by fellow NCIS star Brian Dietzen.

Hallmark Hallstars

It would be summer without Comic-Con and Hallmark’s Christmas in July marathon, so why not combine the two for an epic panel? All of our favourite “Hallstars” will be stopping by to discuss classic movies from the Christmas Countdown lineup, as well as upcoming projects with sneak peeks.

Outlander hasn’t had a prominent presence at Comic-Con since 2017, so expect an emotional and momentous homecoming for the series as it celebrates the final season with a look back down memory lane.
The show’s main cast will be on hand for a Hall-H panel to share stories from their last days on set. They will also help introduce the new prequel series with an Outlander and Outlander: Blood of My Blood double-header panel.

Phineas and Ferb

Mom! Phineas and Ferb are doing a panel at Comic-Con!
Whether you’re a longtime fan or looking to introduce the next generation of kids to the joys of summer vacation, the Phineas and Ferb panel promises surprises to celebrate the new season with appearances from the creators and cast.

Abbott Elementary

Class is in session for fans of Abbott Elementary attending Comic-Con. The beloved ABC workplace comedy will share a screening of a special episode from Season 4 with the audience, followed by a panel discussion with the cast and executive producers to debrief on the latest season. It is sure to be an A+ event!

Ghosts

A San Diego Comic-Con staple, Ghosts returns for its fourth year to scare up even more surprises and spoilers ahead of Season 5.
The spirited panel aims to debrief after the latest season cliffhanger and tease what’s to come this fall for the residents of Woodstone Mansion. Punam Patel, who plays Jay’s endearing sister, will be moderating the conversation.

AMC’s Interview with the Vampire brought the house down at last year’s con with the teaser video to end all teasers and our first glimpse at Rockstar Lestat in Season 3. Now Sam Reid returns to the same stage with a few familiar faces to give us our first look at the highly-anticipated tour — while also introducing fans to the latest and most mysterious of Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe shows: Talamasca.

A Very Abbott Block Party

No one does San Diego Comic-Con like Abbott Elementary. Last year’s Ava Fest was one for the books, but this year’s activation could go even bigger. A Very Abbott Block Party promises carnival rides, Philly water ice, and tons of free merch — including pins, caricatures, and bucket hats!

Percy Jackson Experience

Disney’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians is offering fans an all-you-can-eat experience with this pop-up: a retro diner reminiscent of the one seen in “A God Buys Us Cheeseburgers.” Visitors can catch their first glimpse of Season 2’s Sea of Monsters and look through the Mist to find out who their godly parent is and trade drachma for epic merch.

Paramount’s The Lodge

Paramount+’s The Lodge opens its doors for the third year at Comic Con with a whole new batch of activations to pursue. Dexter: Resurrection takes fans into The Vault, while Landman offers guests an opportunity to sit back and relax at the Patch Cafe. Meanwhile, NCIS: Tony and Ziva, and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds offer fans Easter eggs and interactive sets from the shows.
