What to Expect from Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 18: How Do I Live

Grey's Anatomy, Previews

It’s a dramatic season finale, just like Grey’s Anatomy does best, when a frustrated mother puts everyone in danger. Will Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 18, “How Do I Live,” end on a cliffhanger? It seems likely.

On the season finale, a patient’s mother takes matters into her own hands by bringing an explosive device into the hospital and threatening Amelia.

Until now, her daughter, Dylan, Amelia’s patient, has been suffering from locked-in syndrome while Amelia waited for the right time to operate again. Meredith is here for this episode as well, and the doctors in immediate danger appear to be Amelia, Lucas, and Simone.

Photos from the episode also suggest that we’ll see more of the situation with Teddy, Owen, and Nora, as Nora’s health declines.

Here’s everything you need to know about this episode, including the air date, cast, promo, and how to watch.
