Elsbeth welcomes back a whole lot of familiar faces on the Season 2 finale, Elsbeth Season 2 Episode 20, “Ramen Holiday.”
When we left Elsbeth on Elsbeth Season 2 Episode 19, “I’ve Got A Little List,” Elsbeth had gotten herself into some legal trouble. Still struggling with the events of Elsbeth Season 2 Episode 18, “I Know What You Did Thirty-Three Summers Ago,” Elsbeth made some reckless decisions.
Those decisions led to her arrest for harassment. While she was able to prove by the end of the episode that the suspect she was arrested for harassing was indeed the murderer, she still ended the episode in jail.
Not only that, just before the credits roll, she is informed that she is being transferred to the jail where most of the suspects she put behind bars are held.
On “Ramen Holiday,” Elsbeth will come face to face with some of her former foes. And, of course, she will also have to solve a murder while in jail when one of those former foes is killed.
Elsbeth finds herself in prison with some of the same high-class criminals she put away. When one of them is stabbed to death, Elsbeth sets out to find the killer’s killer, while her colleagues back at the precinct fight to get her released
