After a terrible board meeting that went against the nurses’ best interests, they all start getting sick on Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 20, “The Invisible Hand.” Is it just a coincidence, or does it have something to do with the imminent strike?

Now, the doctors and everyone at the hospital must figure out how to make the best of the situation with the traveling nurses. However, as the nurses continue to get sick, Goodwin must decide whether it’s time to close the doors of the ED or not.
