Wild Cards Season 2 Episode 11 Preview: Bride and Doom
A bride’s special day gone wrong becomes Ellis and Max’s latest case on Wild Cards Season 2 Episode 11, “Bride and Doom.”
The promo video shows the dynamic duo meeting up with Olive, the coroner, to find a dead woman in a wedding dress. As it turns out, the woman is not the bride, who finds the team investigating the scene and wonders who the other person, presumably in her dress, is.
The description for “Bride and Doom” teases that Ellis and Max will be pulled into the world of espionage and counterintelligence. The promo video answers that with an action-packed scene of the duo dodging bullets.
As expected, Max asks, “I’m confused. Who’s the bad guys?” To which Ellis replies, “Right now, the guys shooting at us.”
With three episodes left this season, the show likely won’t be pulling any of its punches. So it will certainly be interesting to see how Wild Cards connects that scene with an unusual murder attempt on a bride.
Meanwhile, “Bride and Doom” will check in with George, who seems disappointed that Max isn’t visiting him. Instead, Ricky vouches for her (“You know she’s working really hard to get you out of here”) over what appears to be a picnic. It’s challenging to doubt Ricky with everything Wild Cards has in store for her.
