After losing all their funding and blackmailed equipment, Abbott Elementary is desperate for funds to purchase new computers and supplies. So, they attempt to turn their open house into an Ava Fest sequel, with the goal of raising $700 from parents and family who stop by.
The very Ava-esque nod to The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift with a car wash suggests this fundraiser will do the former principal justice.
But can the staff channel enough of her showmanship to win over attendees?

What Happened on the Previous Episode?
Previously, on Abbott Elementary, the fallout from Ava’s firing led Gregory to temporarily take on the Principal’s duties and his greatest challenge yet — Ava’s reality TV-based filing system. With the help of Melissa, he manages to overcome and even appreciate the sorting system, while binge-watching Survivor.
Meanwhile, Barbara struggled to connect with her after-school music club before finally hitting her stride with the students by showing them how to elevate their attempts at a viral song.
