Bad Sisters Season 2 Premiere Date Announced by Apple TV+

This darkly comedic thriller series is looking to return very soon.

From Emmy Award-nominee and BAFTA Award-winning executive producer and star Sharon Horgan, Bad Sisters Season 2 is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

The series will return with a two-episode premiere. New episodes will stream weekly through December 25.

Bad Sisters Season 1 saw the Garvey sisters wrapped up in a murder mystery surrounding their brother-in-law. This season, set two years after the first, will uncover even darker secrets.

Though they may have moved on, the sisters are suddenly thrust back into the spotlight after they uncover past truths.

“Suspicions are at an all-time high, lies are told, secrets revealed, and the sisters are forced to work out who they can trust,” per the season’s logline.

As such, all Garvey sisters are set to return including Sharon Horgan as Eva, Anne-Marie Duff as Grace, Eva Birthistle as Ursula, Sarah Greene as Bibi, and Eve Hewson as Becka.

“The response to our show has been beyond what we could have hoped for. It gave us the opportunity to shine a light on stories that don’t always get such a global platform,” Horgan shared following the show’s renewal.

“I look forward to getting chilly in the Irish Sea one more time,” Horgan added.

In addition, Bad Sisters Season 2 will see returning and new cast members appear including Fiona Shaw, Owen McDonnell, Thaddea Graham, Barry Ward, Michael Smiley, Saise Quinn, Daryl McCormack, Yasmine Akram, Jonjo O’Neill, Peter Claffey, Deirdre Mullins, Lorcan Cranitch, Liz Fitzgibbon, and Justine Mitchell.

Bad Sisters is executive produced by Horgan, Faye Dorn and Clelia Mountford for Merman; Dearbhla Walsh also serves as executive producer and director.

Additional executive producers include Bert Hamelnick, Michael Sagol, along with Dave Finkel and Brett Baer, who adapted the series from the Belgian version Clan, which Malin-Sarah Gozin created, who also serves as executive producer.

In addition, the series is produced by Merman Television and ABC Signature, a part of Disney Television Studios.

Bad Sisters Season 2 premieres on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, November 13.
