After the reveal of Kyle’s presence near Carolyn’s home the night of her murder on Presumed Innocent Season 1 Episode 3, “Discovery,” viewers wonder if he will be the next suspect. It seems Rusty will be confronting his son on Presumed Innocent Season 1 Episode 4, “The Burden.”

Will he tell his father the truth? Or will Kyle come up with the perfect excuse to (maybe) get away with murder?

While Rusty handles things privately, it is obvious that Tommy is still coming after him. Is Tommy chasing Rusty because he believes he is the murderer or because he has a secret vendetta?

However, as badly as he wants to see Rusty behind bars, he has to look into every possible suspect. Kyle is not the only son suspected of murder. Carolyn’s own son will be questioned about his mother’s death.

Could have one of these young boys done it?
