The interns race to complete their procedure logs and prepare for their intern exam on Grey’s Anatomy Season 20 Episode 7, “She Used to Be Mine.”
In the promo video, Bailey stresses the importance of the exam, saying anyone who is late will no longer work for her. It’s a high-pressure situation, but it’s nothing compared to what Simone is up against when treating a pregnant woman at the hospital.

Simone’s mother died during childbirth at that very hospital while giving birth to Simone. Now, Simone is faced with trying to prevent the same from happening to her patient.
