On Chicago Fire Season 12 Episode 7, “Red Flag,” a young girl is in serious danger following a fire. And who better than Kelly Severide to help? 

Severide finds a hidden stash of money on a call, and in the promo video, this girl tells Severide she needs that money back or she’ll be dead. This most certainly means Severide will get involved, going above and beyond the call of duty.

Meanwhile, Violet struggles with her new partner on Ambo. Showrunner Andrea Newman stated in a previous interview that there will be “major drama” involving Violet’s new partner, so this is likely only the beginning.

“There’s some major drama to come in that storyline that we’re very excited about, but I feel terribly for Violet about it. Violet is going to go through quite the rollercoaster trying to replace Brett,” Newman said. (Read more from the interview with Andrea Newman here.)
