Previously, OCCB assisted with keeping a family safe from Los Santos, to the detriment of Bell. Now, on Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 4 Episode 5, “Missing Persons,” Bell is in the hospital recovering while the team works out some management kinks.
With Stabler’s job still on the line due to his misconduct when Bell was shot, the man is anxious to get back to work. Despite being on suspension, Stabler finds himself lending a hand when a person he previously saved goes missing.

It’s interesting that after two seasons, the show is bringing Rita Lasku back into the picture. This could set the stage for other continuances to take place throughout the narrative of the show as a whole.
Meanwhile, Jet, Reyes, and Bashir are all pulled in by IAB to question them about the assault charges leveraged on Stabler. The OCCB has always been a tight unit, unwilling to snitch on one of its own. But Bashir is new and therefore holds a bit of uncertainty.
