The much-anticipated Chicago Fire wedding event is almost here! On Chicago Fire Season 12 Episode 6, “Port in the Storm,” Sylvie Brett and Matt Casey will finally have their wedding day.

Check out the photos below for your first look at the Brettsey wedding event! This episode airs Wednesday, February 28th at 9/8c on NBC.

Brett and Casey’s wedding episode will also be a farewell to Sylvie Brett, because she’ll be moving to Portland to be with her new husband. This is Kara Killmer’s exit from the series.
