Preview — Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 1 Episodes 1 and 2: I Accidentally Vaporize My Pre-Algebra Teacher / I Become Supreme Lord of the Bathroom
Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 1 Episode 1 and 2, “I Accidentally Vaporize My Pre-Algebra Teacher/I Become Supreme Lord of the Bathroom,” introduces troubled tween Percy to the world of Greek Gods after a close encounter with a monster on his school field trip.
Soon enough, Percy and his mother are racing towards Camp Half-Blood, a special oasis for children with godly parents.
The first two episodes will prioritize introducing us to this new world of demigod children. Percy will immerse himself in camp activities like capture the flag and archery in an attempt to get his godly parent to claim him and his campmates to accept him.
When it seems like he has found where he belongs, a deadly quest will be bestowed upon him and campers Grover and Annabeth.
A series for kids and kids at heart, Rick Riordan sets out to tell the first novel in his beloved series on a grand television scale.

Episode Descriptions: Episode 1 — Strange things keep happening to Percy Jackson, a kid who feels out of place in the world. When Percy is accused of attacking a classmate on a field trip to the MET, he’s expelled from school and forced to return home. His mother, Sally, upends his reality when she reveals the truth of Percy’s origins… that he’s a demi-god and must go on the run from the monsters that are hunting him.
Episode 2 — Percy grapples with his mother’s sacrifice and tries to fit in as he navigates friends and bullies at Camp Half-Blood, a safe haven for demi-gods like him. He tries honing skills to discover his place, and a game of Capture the Flag sets into motion an unveiling of Percy’s parentage, revealing a dangerous legacy he can’t ignore.
