The look into Quan’s human trafficking operation continues on Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Episode 17, “Blood Ties.” Stabler leads the task force on an expedition to further a father’s quest into his son’s disappearance.
Knowing the father’s son has ties to the human trafficking ring forces the team to work with Quan to search for answers. The deeper they dig into Chinatown’s operation, the more resistance they face.
