CBS Sets Season Finale Dates for ‘Ghosts’ and Other Original Series

All good things must come to an end — for now.

CBS has announced season finale dates for series airing in the 2022-2023 broadcast season, starting with its hit sitcom Ghosts.

The series haunted its way to the top of the TV charts in its first year as the most-watched broadcast comedy. That reign has continued, and now Ghosts will wrap up another historical run with its Season 2 finale on Thursday, May 11.

In our recent interview with Asher Grodman, who plays Trevor on Ghosts, the actor teased this season finale would bring “big surprises and some big cliffhangers.”

Not everyone from our beloved gang will allegedly be present at Woodstone Mansion by the end, confirming the CBS comedy has a few scares up its sleeve for its May finale.

In the meantime, fans can rest easy knowing we have several spirited episodes coming up, including Ghosts Season 2 Episode 18, “Alberta’s Descendant.”

The Alberta-centric episode revisits the singer’s murder with the addition of Alicia, Alberta’s living relative, who comes to Woodstone to appear on Sam’s podcast and ends up hitting it off with Creepy Todd.

Other CBS series with season final airdates include Young Sheldon, So Help Me Todd, and CSI: VEGAS on Thursday, May 18.

True Lies will wrap up its first season just two months after premiering with a two-part finale on Wednesday, May 17 — with a time change to 9/8c.

NCIS: Los Angeles will end after 14 historic seasons with a two-part series final event. The first part will air Sunday, May 14 at 10/9c, and the second part is set to wrap things up Sunday, May 21 at 9/8c.

The final episode will be followed by A Salute to NCIS: Los Angeles, an Entertainment Tonight special honoring the series.
