Preview — ‘1923’ is the Next Installment of the ‘Yellowstone’ Dutton Family Origin Story (Photos)

The next installment of the Yellowstone Dutton Family origin story promises to be fascinating and filled with drama. The highly-anticipated drama 1923 will introduce a new generation of Duttons, led by Jacob Dutton (Harrison Ford) and Cara Dutton (Helen Mirren).

1923 will explore the early 20th century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition, and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home.

In addition to Ford and Mirren, the series also stars Darren Mann, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, Marley Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, and Jerome Flynn.

Paramount Network will host a linear airing of 1923’s debut episode on December 18th, immediately following a new episode of Yellowstone as a special simulcast event.

The second episode of 1923 will air on Paramount Network on January 1st.
