In true post-Veterans Day fashion, Law & Order Season 22 Episode 8, “Chain of Command” covers the death of a decorated military veteran. The murder of this officer within his own home creates some complications and confusion.

Cosgrove and Shaw have their work cut out for them. They work with his daughter in order to uncover the clue that will solve this case for them.

Meanwhile, Price and Maroun have to figure out what information is important to their case. With it being a military veteran there are so many other service members who have stories that relate to what happened to the victim.

Price and McCoy go head to head on a difference of opinion regarding the facts in this case. It isn’t often that McCoy is so passionately against what Price wants to do — so this could get messy.

Episode description: When a decorated military veteran is found murdered in his own home, Cosgrove and Shaw work with his daughter to uncover an important clue. Price and Maroun must untangle the stories of other service members connected to the victim to make their case.
