The murder of a person with many enemies starts to prove itself difficult for both sides of the law on Law & Order Season 22 Episode 7, “Only The Lonely.”
With Cosgrove and Shaw, they struggle to find out who isn’t a likely suspect when a crisis consultant ends up dead. When you make people angry and miserable on behalf of your own clients it becomes a very long list of potential killers.

Meanwhile, Price and Maroun struggle with their case when they find a witness that will strengthen their arguments, but at the expense of their reputation. Do they take the moral high ground and protect the witness or make their case?
So far this season, Price and Maroun haven’t had to really deal with a morality issue regarding witnesses and how it affects their case. This could be a character development moment for both of them.
