Preview — Station 19 Season 5 Episode 9: Started from the Bottom
Station 19 returns with a new female fire chief and intense crossover with Grey’s Anatomy on Season 5 Episode 9, “Started from the Bottom.”
Both Stations 19 and 23 will be busy as they rush to help Owen, who was in the SUV that flew over a cliff. Of course, Ben Warren is ready to do whatever it takes to help his friend.
It’s unclear how optimistic that rescue mission will be, but fingers crossed everyone makes it out alive. This team can take a few minor injuries, but they need a break from those significant blows.
Speaking of, it looks like Carina DeLuca-Bishop is back in the firehouse and doing medical things there. That’s an important development, especially if it means we get to see her dynamic with Vic evolve.
Meanwhile, Station 19 welcomes Seattle’s first female fire chief — Fire Chief Natasha Ross. That’s no small feat, and hopefully, amongst all the chaos, there are still a few beats to celebrate her.
