Preview — The Conners Season 4 Episode 10: Spills, Pills And The Midnight Lasagna
If there is one thematic element that this show has brought over from Roseanne it’s the tackling of tough subjects. The Conners Season 4 Episode 10, “Spills, Pills and The Midnight Lasagna” proves that no subject is off limits, even for the younger cast members.
According to producer, Bruce Helford, this episode is just the start of what will become a difficult story arc for Mark. When the pressure gets to be too much at his magnet school, Mark turns to substances to help him stay on top.
For many teens this is a tough situation that doesn’t get addressed nearly enough in this manner. The Conners are ensuring that its something which won’t get brushed under the rug — especially considering the manner in which Mark’s grandmother passed away.
Meanwhile, Jackie is up to her eyeballs in pressure to keep things fresh and fun with Neville. This is completely new territory for her so she’s determined to make it through.
