Circumstances seem to be going from bad to worse as the big ice storm continues in Austin. On 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 3 Episode 3, “Shock & Thaw” the life of one of their own is in danger.
TK’s hypothermia has created a life-or-death situation for him while his team scrambles to find Owen in time. Unaware that Owen is on his way to the safety of city limits with stranded migrants.
This chaos is about to converge on the hospital even further when Grace goes into labor at her home. Unfortunately, Billy is right there with her and so the life of the Ryder baby is now in his hands.
Emotions are high as everyone does their best to be there for each other during this continued difficult time.
