Dr. Diane returns to the firehouse to help with Crisis One training on Station 19 Season 5 Episode 4, “100% or Nothing.” Little does she know, Dr. Diane steps into a whole lot more than a team that needs crisis intervention training to assist others.
The promo video shows how prickly things will get when Andy and Robert roleplay a domestic dispute.
Honestly, it’s shocking that the show is giving us this kind of confrontation so early in the season.
That begs the question: What comes next? Recovery? Reconciliation? Both? Neither?
The photos suggest that Andy and Dr. Diane will share a (possibly brief) one-on-one scene that has something to do with Pruitt. This step could be the one that lets Andy realize asking for help is scary yet brave.
Andy may not end this episode calling Dr. Diane for help, but “100% or Nothing” could be the seed that lets that inspiration grow.
All of that is intense, as it should be, but there are still plenty of lighter moments to look forward to during the episode.
Travis appears to be having a fantastic time roleplaying situations with his team. Not to mention, Dean must be thrilled to see Crisis One training actually happening.
