Cordell finally faces the man responsible for killing his wife Emily on WalkerSeason 1 Episode 18, “Drive.” The episode’s title points to the cliffhanger from the previous episode: Walker holding Stan at gunpoint.
This season finale will surely be packed with twists and turns that will change everything. Bringing the person who did kill Emily to justice would mean reframing everything Cordell’s family believed until now.
It also means that Carlos Mendoza may be able to live out his final days a little differently than he imagined, as he was wrongfully charged for a murder he didn’t commit.
The latter can only happen if Walker doesn’t let his anger get the best of him before higher action can take place.
On a little lighter note, there is a good chance that Liam will become District Attorney after all of this. This would be an impactful way to let the good guys win since Liam’s actions as DA would have lasting effects.
It is likely that “Drive” will end with some cliffhanger to lead into Season 2, but hopefully the answers, however shocking, Walker and his family get are enough to bring them a little peace.
