We’re heading to the Skylin Carnival on Cruel Summer Season 1 Episode 5, “As The Carny Gods Intended,” but we’re not sure anyone is having fun.
In 1994, Jeanette appears desperate to get her “old” life back and will go as far as to stalk Kate and Jamie against Derek’s advice.
We know that her mission fails miserably because in 1995 she is still struggling to find character witnesses.
