It’s finally here — the season finale, Star Trek: Discovery Season 3 Episode 13, “The Hope is You, Part 2.” It seemed like just yesterday the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery was hurdled into the 3100s, venturing into territory completely foreign to Star Trek. And the tension is higher than ever.
With Burnham trying to rescue their ship, Book devastated after the loss of Ryn, the other crew members found by the Sphere Data, and Saru, Culbert, and Adira trapped with the clock ticking down on their ability to make it out of the nebula alive, “That Hope is You, Part 2” is set up to be perhaps Star Trek: Discovery‘s most chaotic finale yet.
Will Burnham and Discovery be able to save everyone they care about? And will the Federation be able to be redeemed for their negligence?
