Power Book II: Ghost – Sunday, December 6

Power Book II is back after a brief hiatus and ready to pick up where they left off as Tariq trying to figure out a way out of the impending collision course with Cane. Power Book II: Ghost returns Sunday, December 6 at 8/7c on Starz.

Episode Description: Tariq’s hands are tied, fearing that fully letting Brayden in on their arrangement with the Tejadas has put him on a violent collision course with Cane, who demonstrates the price paid for using his name.

Ali Stroker stars as a romance novelist who gets a holiday surprise, meeting a man that seems to look exactly like the lead character in her books. Christmas Ever After debuts Sunday, December 6 at 8/7c on Lifetime.

Christmas is coming early for Euphoria fans. We’re getting part 1 of an introspective special episode centered around Rue and her sponsor, Ali, in a diner as they just talk about addiction, grief, and loss. Euphoria’s special airs Sunday, December 6 at 9/8c on HBO.

Special Description: In the aftermath of being left by Jules at the train station and relapsing, Rue celebrates Christmas.

American viewers are getting another Canadian export this season in the form of a new medical drama following a group of nurses at a downtown Toronto hospital. Nurses debuts Monday, December 7 at 10/9c on NBC.

Episode Description: Keon assists a patient who goes into early labour. Naz cares for a victim of the terrorist van attack and helps his mother make a difficult decision. Wolf tries to reunite missing fingers with their owner.

Acorn TV is bringing viewers another period drama following the life of literature student Lata, as she navigates the literary worlds she dives into and family obligations. A Suitable Boy debuts Monday, December 7 on Acorn TV.

Series Description: The series’ central female character is 19-year-old literature student Lata Mehra (portrayed by rising star Tanya Maniktala), who seems to have her life already mapped out, thanks to old traditions – and her meddling yet well-intentioned mother, Rupa (Mahira Kakkar), who wants to find her a suitable husband. Torn between family duty and the excitement of romance and inspired by rebellious Western writers and daring new ideas, Lata is determined to embark on her own journey of love and self-discovery as she decides her own future against the turbulent backdrop of post-Partition India. Over the course of the series, three very different men try to win Lata’s heart: the dashing, yet mysterious university student and star cricket player Kabir Durrani (Danesh Razvi), self-made shoe salesman Haresh Khanna (Namit Das) and lawyer-turned-writer Amit Chatterji (Mikhail Sen).

Though canceled earlier this year, the streaming service is giving fans one more episode of Ashley Garcia, in the form of a holiday special as the young genius takes a glimpse at the future. Ashley Garcia: Genius In Love Christmas Special drops Wednesday, December 9 on Netflix.

Special Description: A holly, jolly gathering takes a strange turn when Ashley bumps her head and gets a glimpse of her near-distant future with Tío, Tad, Stick and Brooke.

The cast of the popular Disney+ series is back and ready to bring fans some holiday cheer. This holiday special is filled with stories, favorite holiday songs, and more. High School Musical: The Musical: The Holiday Special drops Friday, December 11 on Disney+.

Real-life married couple Ben Lewis and Blake Lee star in a new holiday movie that follows Hugo’s (Lewis) return to his hometown to visit his family for the holidays. While home, he runs into his friend from high school and secret crush (Lee). When Hugo’s mom gets in on the matchmaking game, sparks fly. The Christmas Setup debuts Saturday, December 12 at 8/7c on Lifetime.

Movie Description: The Christmas Setup follows the story of New York lawyer Hugo (Ben Lewis) who heads to Milwaukee with his best friend Madelyn (Ellen Wong) to spend the holidays with his brother Aiden (Chad Connell) and his mom Kate (Fran Drescher), who is also in charge of the local Christmas celebrations. Ever the matchmaker, Kate arranges for Hugo to run into Patrick (Blake Lee), Hugo’s high school friend and secret crush, who has recently returned after a successful stint in Silicon Valley. As they enjoy the local holiday festivities together, Hugo and Patrick’s attraction to each other is undeniable and it looks as though Kate’s Santa-style matchmaking is a success. But as Hugo receives word of a big promotion requiring a move to London, he must decide what is most important to him.
