Preview — I’m Your Woman: Rachel Brosnahan Goes on the Run in this Amazon Original Movie
The much-anticipated Amazon Original movie I’m Your Woman premieres this week, and it looks like it’s going to be quite the ride.
In this 1970s-set crime drama, suburban housewife Jean is forced to go on the run after her husband betrays his partners, sending her and her baby on a dangerous journey.
Tasked with keeping them safe is her husband’s old friend Cal, and after he mysteriously disappears, Jean befriends his wife Teri and the two women set out on their own dangerous journey to protect their loved ones.
The film is described as “a decidedly female take on crime dramas of the 1970s” and “a tale of love, betrayal, motherhood — and what it takes to claim your life as your own.”
I’m Your Woman was written by Julia Hart and Jordan Horowitz. It was directed by Julia Hart and produced by Rachel Brosnahan and Jordan Horowitz. It stars Rachel Brosnahan, Marsha Stephanie Blake, and Arinzé Kene.
