Preview — The Good Doctor Season 4 Episode 1: Frontline Part 1
The Good Doctor will return with its Season 4 premiere on Monday, November 2nd, at 10/9c on ABC after a seven-month hiatus!
Fans are in for an exciting return of The Good Doctor as the first two episodes of the series will focus on Shaun (Freddie Highmore) treating coronavirus patients as he deals with his newfound relationship with Lea (Paige Spara) after sparks flew on the Season 3 finale.
After the first two episodes of Season 4, air fans can expect another brief hiatus. The show will air again at the beginning of 2021 for a mid-season return.
With the death of old characters, such as Dr. Melendez (Nicholas Gonzalez), comes the life of new ones, and fans can expect quite a few fresh faces this season. Shaun will supervise over new additions to the team, including Dr. Asher Wolke (Noah Galvin), Dr. Jordan Allen (Bria Samoné), Dr. Enrique Guerin (Brian Marc), and Dr. Olivia Jackson (Summer Brown).

Episode description:
Lea and Shaun’s new relationship will become tested. Park gets ready to move back to Phoenix. Morgan puts herself and several members of the staff in danger. Claire continues to work through her grief from the death of Melendez.
