Preview — Vagrant Queen Season 1 Episode 3: Nobody’s Queen
Viewers will get peek into Elida’s royal origins and an adventure with Issac and Amae on Vagrant Queen Season 1 Episode 3, “Nobody’s Queen.”
In the third episode of its first season, Vagrant Queen continues to explore the past. Vagrant Queen Season 1 Episode 2, “Yippie Ki Yay,” showed viewers Elida’s past with Issac and re-framed their relationship in significant ways.
Now, on “Nobody’s Queen,” the show will dive into Elida’s childhood and experiences as a queen. Will what we learn about her kingdom, her mother, and maybe even the rebellion that deposed her also re-frame the way we think about how Elida’s past shapes who she is and what the right thing to do moving forward is?
It’s probably safe to assume, yes. In addition to expanding the show’s mythology, getting a closer look at where Elida came from so early in the season will most likely subvert some expectations and open up new directions for her story to go in.
Just as exciting as learning about Elida’s past is the second story teased for this episode with Issac and Amae. Issac and Amae get into a little trouble together which will hopefully be the start of an entertaining dynamic for them that continues the rest of the season.
Both Issac and Amae are lively fun characters so odds are their adventure will be too. We saw bits of the potential rapport between these two characters on Vagrant Queen Season 1 Episode 1, “A Royal Ass-Kicking” and more of that is definitely a welcomed treat.
