Preview — The Conners Season 2 Episode 17: The Icewoman Cometh

Bev is back on The Conners Season 2 Episode 17, “The Icewoman Cometh.” She hasn’t been around and with her return comes a battle for which of her grandkids will benefit from her financial gift.

Bev wants to spend her money on Mark so that he can go to this coding camp he has been wanting to attend. However, Darlene thinks that Harris could use the money a bit more now that her college plans have been eliminated. 

Mark has been noticeably absent for the last few episodes so it will be nice to have his brand of humor and joy back in the family dynamic. Maybe he will also jump on the Harris train and vouch for her to get the money.

Considering The Lunch Box was originally owned by Bev it’ll be interesting to see just how she reacts to seeing it back in business. Will she offer some kind of help or advice to Jackie and Becky?

Episode description: Bev is back from Arizona and has come to the realization that she’d like to use her finances to spread happiness. She has decided to fund Mark’s tuition to a prestigious coding camp, while Darlene tries to convince her to give the money to Harris instead. Dan realizes how much he misses Louise, and Becky persuades him to visit her on tour.
