As Zoey’s powers continue to evolve on Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist Season 1 Episode 5, “Zoey’s Extraordinary Failure,” she finds herself caught in the middle of some marital strife between her brother and sister-in-law.
It seems like her brother’s marriage isn’t the only relationship having issues though. Preview pictures of the episode hint at some troubled waters for Max and Autumn as well. Given Max’s feelings for Zoey, could she unknowingly be the source of their issues?
As if two couple’s having problems isn’t enough, the episode promo suggests that Simon and Zoey will continue to get closer despite the fact that he’s engaged, maybe even a little too close for either of them to keep ignoring their feelings. They may not actually cross any lines on this episode, but it’s pretty clear Zoey is playing with fire.
Considering the title of the episode is “Zoey’s Extraordinary Failure,” it’s safe to assume that Zoey will make at least one of these situations worse before (and if) she makes it better. What do you think the failure the title eludes to will be?
