Preview — The Resident Season 3 Episode 5: Choice Words
There is a plane crash on The Resident Season 3 Episode 5, “Choice Words,” that hits close to home for more than one reason.
Devon is devastated because he feels like he could’ve prevented the crash.
But Dr. Bell is a passenger on the plane who is determined to save the life of the man that was sitting next to him.
Everyone else has more personal matters to deal with. Adaku has a favor to ask Mina that is probably related to a baby.
We might get to meet the people who raised The Raptor because he’s struggling to tell his parents that he met his biological father.
Plus, Conrad and Nic consider the risks of investigating the drug that might have caused Jessie’s death.

Episode description: After a plane crashes in Atlanta, Devon is overcome by guilt at the thought that he could have prevented the tragedy. Bell, who was a passenger on the plane, makes it his personal mission to save the life of the man seated next to him. Meanwhile, Adaku (guest star Erinn Westbrook) returns to ask Mina a big favor, the Raptor struggles with telling his birth parents about meeting his biological father and Conrad and Nic consider risking it all to investigate a drug that might be linked to Jessie’s death.
