Oliver’s mission for The Monitor continues on Arrow Season 8 Episode 2, “Welcome to Hong Kong,” with another task that he and Diggle must complete in order to get closer to having a chance of saving the multiverse.

Meanwhile, the Diggle siblings come face to face again in 2040. What could possibly go wrong?

Episode description: Oliver (Stephen Amell), John (David Ramsey), Laurel (Katie Cassidy Rogers), and Tatsu (guest star Rila Fukushima) seek out an important person within The Monitor’s (guest star LaMonica Garrett) plan. Connor (Joseph David Jones) has a heart to heart with his brother (guest star Charlie Barnett).
