Viewers will have a new mystery to unravel when ABC’s new supernatural thriller, Emergence, premieres this Fall.
Strange things start happening after a young girl is found at the scene of a plane crash with no memories of what happened.
Jo, the local police chief who finds her and takes her in, soon learns there’s more to this child than meets the eye as her attempts to protect the girl pull her deeper and deeper into the conspiracy that surrounds her.

The series stars Allison Tolman as Jo, Alexa Swinton as Piper, Owain Yeoman as Benny, Ashley Aufderheide as Bree, Robert Bailey Jr. as Officer Chris, Zabryna Guevara as Abby with Donald Faison as Alex and Clancy Brown as Ed.
It was written and executive produced by Michele Fazekas & Tara Butters through ABC Studios with executive producer Paul McGuigan directing the pilot.
Emergence premieres Tuesday, September 24th at 10/9c on ABC

Official Synopsis:
A character-driven genre thriller, Emergence is about a police chief who takes in a young child she finds near the site of a mysterious accident who has no memory of what has happened. The investigation draws her into a conspiracy larger than she ever imagined, and the child’s identity is at the center of it all.
