As the title suggests, New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 21, “This Is Not The End,” is the penultimate episode of Season 1, not the finale.
We hope it’s also an encouraging hint about Iggy’s career because he faces the consequences of the report filed against him on this episode.
As Max’s cancer battle intensifies, so do the fights he takes on. He recovers from lashing out at Floyd by masterminding a new plan to let uninsured patients know they are welcome and will be treated at New Amsterdam.
His intense chemo regimen is working, but that also means he’s getting sicker. So, Helen is facing more responsibility than ever as deputy medical director of the hospital.
