Preview — The Resident Season 2 Episode 21: Stuck As Foretold

There is a blood shortage crisis on The Resident Season 2 Episode 21, “Stuck As Foretold.” Knowing Conrad, he’s going to go to any extreme he has to in order to save his patient’s life. 

Alec shows up to test how far Nic will go for Jessie — and we’re guessing it’s pretty far as they are sisters. But, is Kyle really going to try and get Nic to take some of the burdens of Jessie’s health off of herself?  

Speaking of Kyle, perhaps it’s time he steps up for both of his daughters and donates a kidney to Jessie himself? 

Everyone’s past seems to be showing up on this episode. Dr. Bell seems to have been behaving pretty well lately. Will this mystery woman from his past change that? Then there’s Kit. How will she manage her web of complicated relationships? 

We’re excited to meet the new anesthesiologist who is more than meets the eye. We can’t wait to see what Mina and Devon think of her. 

But mostly we’re crossing our fingers in the relationship department. It’s time The Raptor makes his feelings known to Mina in the most Shakespearean way possible. There’s no indication that he will (yet). But maybe by putting it out into the universe, we’ve provoked the TV Gods to provide for us.  

As for the squirrel, we’ll know when we know, friends!

Episode description: When the hospital has a severe blood shortage, Conrad must try every avenue to save a patient’s life. Nic receives devastating news and is left worrying about her sister’s health, while Mina and Devon work with a new anesthesiologist who is not what she seems. Elsewhere, Kit considers the future of her intertwining relationships and Bell has an encounter with a woman from his past.
