Preview — New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 20: Preventable
There are very few clues about what’s to come on New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 20, “Preventable,” but whatever it is, it’s going to be intense.
Max’s cancer is getting more severe. Chemo and radiation aren’t working, and it’s taking a toll on him physically and emotionally. He seems to be losing faith in the hospital that he loves so much.
New Amsterdam is facing intense scrutiny from the press after Marie’s death — that’s what happens when a police officer dies.
But Max, who is usually so supportive of his staff is very quick to blame Reynolds, and get loud about it. This is definitely out of character and we’re definitely worried.
