The 100 Season 6 Trailer: 26 Things We’re Screaming About!
The 100 Season 6 Trailer: 26 Things We’re Screaming About! (continued)
21. Is The Planet Alive???

In one shot where we follow a new character running through the woods, the forest floor seems to ripple beneath his feet. I really appreciate the lengths that The 100 is going to in order to convince us that this really is a new planet and not the same beautiful parts of British Columbia that she show has always been filmed on.
Clarke: We have no idea how to survive down here.
I can’t wait to see what other elements this new planet contains, and how the Earthlings will adapt to the changing landscape.
22. Boss Bitch Squad Members Indra and Diyoza Say Hello
Indra and Diyoza are only seen in a few brief glimpses in The 100 Season 6 trailer, but they look just as badass as ever. Diyoza gets woken up by either Raven or Echo and it looks like they are alone when it happens.
Do they leave the pregnant terrorist in cryo until they decide they need her? If so, what is it that prompts them to wake her now?

Both moms are also armed to the teeth, ready to go to battle once more if the situation calls for it. As a card-carrying member of Team Adults, I am always here for more of these two.
23. We Can’t Go Back. Or Can We?

Clarke, along with many of the other characters we’ve come to love, has her fair share of regrets. Hindsight is always 20/20 and new options emerge when all is said and done that make impossible decisions seem just a little more clear than they were in the heat of the moment. This new shot of Clarke back in Mount Weather is almost chilling; the audience feels just as uneasy about being back here as she does.
Clarke: If I could I’d go back and do things differently. But I can’t, none of us can.
Some thematic elements of The 100 Season 6 are leading us to believe that the adventure squad is about to come face to face with their pasts, and some of them may not like what they see.
What will reliving these crucial moments from previous seasons do for characters like Clarke? How will her choices change, knowing what she knows now? Which characters do you want to see taking a trip down memory lane? Let us know in the comments!
24. Sassy Murphy Lives

I’m thrilled to see The 100 trailer tradition of Murphy being the king of one-liners has continued into Season 6. Long live everyone’s favorite trash son.
25. The Griffin Family is Going Strong

The relationship between Abby and Clarke is another pillar of The 100 and this soft moment between the two of them gives me hope for where they stand with each other on Season 6. After spending 6 years apart, Clarke was reunited with her mother just in time to help her detox from the addiction that nearly overtook Abby as she wrestled with her own demons.
Clarke has grown into a confident, capable, and unstoppable force as a mother herself over the course of the 6-year time jump. Abby’s love for her daughter is matched perhaps only by the love that Clarke has for Madi. All three of them would go to the ends of the world to keep each other safe and fight for what’s right.
It looks like Madi doesn’t go planetside with the rest of the initial away team; maybe she’ll get to spend a few days getting to know the mom that Clarke told her stories about. With the amount of faith these women all have in each other, there’s nothing they can’t accomplish.
26. Face Your Demons

Both the trailer and the new poster for The 100 Season 6 tell us to prepare to face your demons, and it looks like The 100 are going to be doing exactly that. Octavia’s personal demon is the monster that she let herself become inside the bunker: Blodreina. This version of Octavia is a much darker foil to Clarke. Both women have often done what others cannot in the name of keeping their people alive.
Octavia: Am I a monster? Yes I am.
There are shots of both Clarke and Octavia fighting, well, themselves. Octavia’s battle sequence is much more explicit, as she takes on her old self in the very fighting pit that she created.
I’m inclined to believe that this moment is a nightmare, or a scientifically-induced therapy technique, whereas the moments where Clarke appears to be fighting herself feel much more rooted in reality.
There have been whispers of a planet filled with clones, and if they happen to be true, Clarke may have to literally punch herself in the face. And we may have to start taking notes to make sure we don’t lose sight of the real Clarke.
Who else would you like to see face their demons? Which characters would you like to see two of? Let us know in the comments below!
Other Thoughts:
- Gaia is incredible and I’m so glad she’s around! Her protectiveness over Madi and her warm open heart already make her the best flamekeeper of all time.
- Will Diyoza ever have her baby? We just don’t know.
- Who is this? I am ready to love her.

- Where do they publish books here? Where do they buy them? Is there a Barnes and Noble on this planet?
- Kane is alive and I will hear nothing against his continued survival. Thank you for your support during this time.
